Our Commitment to Accessibility
#

We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards to guarantee equal access to our content, services, and digital platforms.

Conformance Status
#

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, alongside consideration of selected Level AAA success criteria.

Based on our recent comprehensive accessibility audit (covering 381 evaluated instances and key design system components), our website is partially conformant. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content may not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard, and active remediation is underway.

Measures to Support Accessibility
#

To ensure accessibility across our digital presence, we take the following measures:

Design System Integration: Embedding accessibility directly into our core design system tokens, color palettes, and component libraries (lists, tables, navigation elements, forms, and buttons) to fix issues globally.

Quality Assurance: Conducting regular automated and manual accessibility audits across pages and components.

Clear Ownership: Assigning dedicated remediation workflows across our Frontend Platform, Design System, and Content teams.

Known Limitations and Ongoing Improvements
#

While we strive for full compliance, we are actively addressing several known areas identified in our latest evaluations:

Color Contrast
#

Certain text elements and UI components (particularly within secondary text tokens and specific background contrast pairings) are being adjusted to meet enhanced contrast requirements (WCAG 1.4.3 & 1.4.6).

Link Purpose and Discernible Text#

We are updating interactive elements, icons, and navigation links to ensure all links feature clear, accessible names for screen reader users (WCAG 2.4.4).

Component Semantics & Hidden Content
#

Refining interactive components (such as scroll-to-top buttons and collapsible navigation drawers) to ensure proper keyboard accessibility, focus visibility, and screen reader behavior.

Compatibility with Browsers and Assistive Technology
#

Our platform is designed to be compatible with modern web browsers and assistive technologies, including:

  • Screen readers (such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver)
  • Keyboard-only navigation workflows
  • Standard operating system accessibility settings (high contrast mode, font scaling)
