Our software, the Systemic Accessibility Analyzer, translates chaotic compliance data into clear, component-level remediation plans, helping businesses build a truly inclusive web in a fraction of the time.
The Problem: The Scanner Headache#
By law, digital platforms must be usable for people with visual, auditory, or motor impairments. To check their compliance, companies run automated scanning programs.
But these scanners are incredibly noisy.
Imagine a company prints a 1,000-page catalogue, and the design template for the page numbers at the bottom is printed too small. When an automated scanner looks at this, it doesn’t say, “Your page number template is broken.” It spits out a terrifying spreadsheet with 1,000 separate errors.
Corporate IT teams are completely paralyzed, believing they have to manually fix 1,000 individual pages.
The Solution: A Systemic Translator#
The Systemic Accessibility Analyzer acts as an intelligent translator between compliance scanners and engineering teams.
It takes that overwhelming list of thousands of errors, analyzes the architecture of the website, and groups them by their root cause. It tells management: “Don’t panic. You don’t have 1,000 problems. You have one broken master template. Fix it here, and all 1,000 errors vanish.”
We reduce thousands of isolated defects into a handful of “fix-once” architectural targets.
The Market & Commercial Model#
The UK “Purple Pound”—the spending power of disabled households—is worth £274 billion annually. Combined with incoming EAA legislation, enterprise accessibility is no longer optional; it is a board-level risk.
Our revenue model is a highly profitable blend of scalable software and high-ticket consulting:
- Product-Led SaaS: Self-serve licenses for internal QA teams to monitor their digital estates.
- High-Ticket Consulting: £1,500 “Fix-Once” Audits and £5,000 Enterprise Engineering Partnerships, using the platform’s proprietary data to deliver rapid, executive-ready remediation sprints.
The Founder & Traction#
The platform is developed by Paul Littlebury, operating through Practical Accessibility Ltd.
With over 25 years of experience in quality engineering, software testing, and digital accessibility, I have already built the core algorithmic engine and infrastructure (utilizing lean, highly scalable serverless architecture). We are not starting from scratch; the architectural MVP is complete and operational.
The Investment Opportunity#
I am seeking £12,000 in SEIS-eligible funding to execute our Phase 2 go-to-market sprint.

- Structure: Syndicated round available in minimum £3,000 tranches (1.25% equity).

- Launch Runway (~£1,500): Securing 12 months of premium infrastructure runway and funding initial B2B lead generation.
